The Professional Photographers of Ohio, Inc. request your services as a speaker at our 2016 PhotoU Convention & Trade Show being held November 13-14, 2016 at Creekside Events and Conference Center, 101 Mill Street, Gahanna, OH 43230.
Contract must be returned within 7 days of receipt of contract, or we will assume that you do not wish to participate.
Speaker will receive 1/3 of the total collected workshop fees. This will be received in the form of a check from PPO within 30 days of your presentation. If you have at least 15 people in your class, you will receive 1/2 of the registration fees. Any speaker sponsorship will be a bonus and will be collected by the speaker. PPO has the right to cancel the workshop 14 days prior to the workshop if the numbers are low
.50 per mile will be reimbursed for those driving. Maximum reimbursement will be $450. Only one check will be written per speaker. Please submit your mileage and any reimbursement amounts to Susan Rowe, PPO Administrator upon arrival at the conference. Speaker will also receive:
- Two PPA Speaking Merits
- Conference Registration
PPO will not be responsible for loss of equipment, photographs, or personal effects due to fire, or any other cause, but we will do all that is possible to provide adequate protection to the speaker's property.
