The Professional Photographers of Ohio, Inc. request your services as a speaker on Saturday, July 19th, Sunday, July 20th, and/or Monday, July 21st 2025 at their annual convention located at Cherry Valley Hotel (2299 CHERRY VALLEY RD SE, NEWARK, OHIO 43055).

Speakers are required to submit any receipts for reimbursement within seven (7) business days of the event. Compensation for speaking fees and eligible expenses will be mailed on the 10th business day following the event. Receipts submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for reimbursement.
This contract is between PPO and the speaker named below. Any additional guests or assistants are not covered by this contract and will be required to purchase a full convention pass unless otherwise stated. Any changes to the itinerary (airfare changes, extra hotel nights) made after the contract is signed will not be compensated unless otherwise stated.
