5.30 - Check-In
6.00 - Mandatory Safety Meeting (front of building)
6.10 - Group Photo (front of building)
6.15 - 9.45 - Shoot-out
9.45 - 10.00 - Round-up
The reformatory has active tours until 5pm. No photography is allowed inside before 5.30 check-in.
Sunset is at 9.01pm. Please bring headlamps, flashlights, or a fully charged phone to provide lighting to maneuver around the building - it can get pretty dark in some corners.
There is no access to power outlets so make certain everything is charged before you arrive.
Due to current conditions, we will not be providing food this year. If you bring food or snacks, consume them outside of the building. Water will be available at the check-in tables.
Temperatures are expected to be in the high 70’s on Monday. It can get very warm inside the reformatory. If bringing beverages to hydrate, do not leave any disposable containers inside of the building.
Cell phone coverage within and around the reformatory is spotty. Please plan accordingly.
There are changing tents in the parking lot for your models.
There are no refunds if you or one of your model/assistants cannot attend.
MANDATORY RELEASES
Below are the model and photographer releases for Mansfield Mayhem. A separate release must be completed by each individual photographer, model, chaperone, or assistant. Please download these and have them printed and signed prior to arriving at check-in. These forms will be collected before you enter the building.
